It’s been an eventful couple months already with a trip to Haiti and Guatemala but each year, my church’s Elder Board graciously allows me to travel a certain amount of time (outside Washington) for speaking, teaching, and preaching opportunities.
Because my priority is with my family and my church, I’ve had to wisely and strategically choose when and where to travel. That’s another way of saying that I’ve had to learn when to say, “No,” and “Yes.” Regardless, I’m just thankful that God has given me these opportunities to be a voice and influence beyond my local tribe.
