I can’t tell you how much this story encourages me. I met Dr. Josephine Kim, a Harvard professor in their graduate school of education, this past summer when we spoke at a leadership conference.

This is wonderful. I have a confession to make….for economic and family reasons, I did not have the engagement/wedding celebrations that I’ve seen others enjoy, and I have often had many ambivalent feelings about that. This reminds me of what is really important.
