Watch this video and the lessons we can learn of faith, courage, and grace from this 90 year old woman – as she “fights” off an attacker. I really needed this because I just get too cerebral or abstractual with my faith and this speaks to my cynicism. Her faith is so simple and yet, real and powerful.

first thought: how calm she was. she didn’t seem to get blustered even in telling the story. her trust in Jesus has obviously had lots of years to ground her. and even if she had been mugged, i’m guessing it wouldn’t have really effected her too much… lots to ponder here.
What a gift to live without fear — a gift that is ours to receive. Thank you for sharing Pauline’s story of peace, faith and forgiveness. Clearly, this gentleman was already living in his own daily hell; let’s pray that his heart is permanently changed.
